A hand-picked trilogy of casks 1st and 2nd fill Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Ex-Bourbon. Natural Colour, Non – Chill Filtered.
COLOUR: Amber gold with sunrise flecks.
NOSE: Dried exotic fruits, lightly syruped figs, grapefruit and notes of mature oak.
TASTE: Sunkissed raisins, ripe guava, patisserie spices and cocoa qualities elaborated with a crescendo of natural vanilla. Finish encompasses moist ginger cake, passion fruit, baked apple, underpinned with gentle notes of roasted coffee.
