This perfectly balanced single malt has been matured in American Oak Bourbon casks before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez in Andalucia, Spain.
Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of sultana, butterscotch and candied pecans
Palate: Sweet and luscious with layers of dried figs and Christmas cake highlighted with touches of cedar spice
Finish: Warm, nutty and long with notes of chocolate covered raisins, dried fruits and hints of liquorice that fade into a woody linger
