Matured in refill bourbon barrel and finished in a first-filled port barrique with layers of dark berry, soft smoke and gentle spice. A limited single-cask release made for cool Autumn nights.
First Filled Port Barrique.
Nose: A peat blast with smoked beef ribs alongside gentle fruity port notes.
Palate: A juicy mix of red, black and blue berries next to a crackling summer bonfire.
Finish: Extended salty smokiness, with sweet fruits and layers of dark chocolate.
