Tomintoul Caribbean Rum Cask Finish is a smooth and indulgent Speyside single malt created by Master Distiller Robert Fleming. Initially matured in selected bourbon casks before being married and finished in Caribbean rum barrels, this small batch release brings a decadent twist to Tomintoul’s famously gentle house style.
The rum cask finish adds layers of brown sugar, honeycomb, butterscotch, coconut cream, and fresh vanilla, balanced by soft warming spice and delicate oak sweetness. Rich yet approachable, it offers a sweet and easy-drinking profile with plenty of character.
Kosher-certified and versatile, this expression works beautifully enjoyed neat or as a flavourful base for whisky cocktails.
