Distilled in 2012, this 12-year-old Tomintoul single malt was initially matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks before being finished in Oloroso Sherry butts from Andalucía, Spain. The sherry cask finish brings added depth and richness, complementing Tomintoul’s naturally smooth character with notes of dried fruit, gentle spice and soft sweetness.
A refined and well-balanced expression, recognised with multiple Gold awards including the International Spirits Challenge (2022 & 2023) and The Spirits Business Scotch Whisky Masters (2022).
