The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve American Oak Selection

The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve American Oak Selection is a beautifully smooth and vibrant Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, created to celebrate the pioneering spirit of George Smith, founder of The Glenlivet Distillery. Combining traditional craftsmanship with carefully selected American oak casks, this award-winning expression captures the fresh, fruity character that has defined The Glenlivet for generations.

Crafted using a combination of traditional oak casks and first-fill American oak casks, Founder's Reserve showcases the distillery's signature elegance while introducing additional layers of creamy sweetness. The selective use of first-fill American oak enhances the whisky's naturally fruity profile, creating a wonderfully balanced and approachable single malt.

Fresh citrus and ripe orchard fruits lead to a smooth palate of creamy vanilla, sweet orange and gentle oak. Delicate fruity sweetness and subtle warming spice add complexity, while the clean, mellow finish makes this an exceptionally easy-drinking expression.

Bottled at 40% ABV and presented in a classic 70cl bottle, The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve is an excellent introduction to Speyside single malt whisky. Its smooth, versatile character makes it equally enjoyable neat, over ice or in a refreshing whisky cocktail.
