The GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Cask Strength – Batch 7

The GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Cask Strength – Batch 7 is an exceptionally rich and luxurious Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, representing the seventh release in the distillery's prestigious 21-year-old Cask Strength series. Carefully crafted by renowned Master Distiller Billy Walker, this outstanding expression combines more than two decades of maturation with the remarkable depth and complexity of exceptional Spanish sherry casks.

Matured for 21 years in carefully selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons and hogsheads, this distinguished single malt showcases the perfect marriage of rich sherry sweetness, mature oak and GlenAllachie's signature character. Each successive batch builds upon the experience of previous releases, with Batch 7 reflecting a continued pursuit of refinement, balance and exceptional quality.

Displaying a beautiful deep mahogany colour, this whisky reveals indulgent layers of rich espresso, spiced plums, dark chocolate and forest fruits. The influence of extended sherry cask maturation creates a wonderfully full-bodied character, balancing luscious dark fruits with warming spice, chocolate richness and elegant oak complexity.

Bottled at cask strength, The GlenAllachie 21 Year Old Batch 7 preserves the intensity and depth developed throughout its lengthy maturation. Its exceptional age, carefully selected casks and distinguished craftsmanship make it a highly desirable expression for collectors and enthusiasts of richly sherried Speyside whisky.
