SLYRS Single Malt Whisky Port Cask Finish is a rich and fruit-forward Bavarian single malt from SLYRS Distillery in Upper Bavaria. Crafted from Bavarian barley malt and double distilled in small copper stills, the whisky is initially matured in new American white oak casks before receiving an additional finish in carefully selected Tawny Port casks, adding depth, colour and generous fruit character.

The Port cask influence brings layers of dried red berries and dark fruits, complemented by caramel, vanilla, delicate honey and warming spice. Rich and rounded on the palate, the fruity sweetness remains beautifully balanced with SLYRS' characteristic malt and oak, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

Combining traditional Bavarian whisky making with the luscious influence of Tawny Port, this distinctive expression offers an inviting balance of fruit, sweetness and spice.
