Psagot Sinai- Mevushal

Psagot Sinai is a vibrant Kosher Mevushal Israeli red blend, crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot, and Shiraz grapes grown in the northern mountains of Israel at elevations of around 900 metres. Combining freshness, fruit character, and balance, it has become one of Psagot Winery’s most popular wines.

Produced from carefully selected grape varieties and matured in stainless steel tanks with wood staves, the wine retains its bright fruit profile while gaining additional texture and complexity. The result is a smooth and approachable red with a velvety mouthfeel and impressive balance.

On the palate, ripe red and dark fruit flavours are complemented by subtle spice and gentle oak influence. Its refreshing character, soft texture, and long finish make it a versatile wine suitable for a wide range of occasions and food pairings.

Psagot Winery is located in a region with a rich winemaking history, and its barrel cellar is housed within an ancient cave discovered during the winery’s construction. The naturally cool and humid conditions provide an ideal environment for ageing and preserving the quality of its wines.
