Made using locally sourced malted barley and water from the surrounding hills, this exceptional whisky is aged in ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile.
Tasting notes include peat smoke, sea salt, and a subtle hint of citrus, with a long and satisfying finish.
Small-batch whisky that is bottled at cask strength, allowing the full depth and intensity of the spirit to be savoured.
