Or Haganuz Har Sinai

Or Haganuz Har Sinai is a premium Kosher sweet red dessert wine from Israel’s Upper Galilee, crafted using a unique production method that combines ancient winemaking traditions with modern techniques. Produced from a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, this distinctive wine delivers remarkable richness, complexity, and depth.

The hand-harvested grapes are picked at dawn before being frozen for three days, then gently heated over an open olive wood fire. After a short fermentation, the wine is transferred to oak barrels and matured outdoors for a full year, creating an exceptionally concentrated and characterful dessert wine unlike any other.

Deep burgundy in colour, Har Sinai opens with aromas of raisins, cherries, plums, coffee beans, toasted oak, and bittersweet chocolate. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a velvety texture, layers of dried fruit and spice, and a remarkably long, smooth finish.

A superb accompaniment to dark chocolate desserts, mature cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as an indulgent after-dinner wine.
