This 15-year-old Mortlach is finished in a specially selected Tonneau (Cognac) cask, unlocking new depths of richness and complexity. Expect layered fruit, warm spice, and Mortlach’s signature meaty character.
Matured in a Refill Bourbon Barrel, Finished in a Tonneau (Cognac) Cask.
Nose: Sweet barbecue ribs and barley sugar, subtle charcoal and gravy.
Palate: Intensely sweet, roasted duck in dark cherry sauce.
Finish: Smooth, earthy and balanced, leaving a powerful lasting impression.
