Amber Meadow is the third annual release in The Macallan’s Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. The edition celebrates the fertile lands and natural beauty of Scotland, highlighting the connection between the distillery, the land and sustainable craftsmanship.
In keeping with the collection’s focus on sustainability, the presentation box and bottle label are crafted using discarded meadow cuttings, giving new life to natural materials that reflect the whisky’s inspiration.
The whisky itself is matured in a combination of ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, creating a balanced and elegant character. The nose reveals aromas of honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel, while the palate develops notes of almond, honeydew melon and green tea, delivering a fresh and refined flavour profile.
