The fourth release in the A Night on Earth series celebrates the arrival of the first light of the new year in one of the most easterly countries in the world - New Zealand.
With hints of Manuka honey, this unmistakeably Scottish single malt anticipates the sunlight and new beginnings with beguiling warmth drawing inspiration from the arrival of the inaugural sunrise peeking over the New Year horizon, in one of the first places to welcome the New Year.
Featuring a collaboration with New Zealand artist Bonnie Brown.
Tasting notes:
Deep golden sand - Caramel hints of fired icing sugar suggest Christmas pavlova and coconut.
There is also a fleeting scent of Manuka honey, unique in character and indigenous to New Zealand.
Unmistakeably Scottish at its heart, the single malt acknowledges its Antipodean narrative with a finish that is sweet and fruity, with mellow spice and toasted oak.
Rich caramel with mellow baking spices, vanilla ice cream, pavlova, icing sugar, stone fruits and a subtle hint of coconut and manuka honey.
