Macallan 1993 25 Year Old is an exceptionally rare and mature Speyside single malt, independently bottled by Douglas Laing as part of the prestigious Xtra Old Particular range. Distilled in June 1993 and matured for a remarkable 25 years in a single refill barrel, this distinguished expression was bottled in August 2018 at its natural cask strength of 51.6% ABV.

Drawn exclusively from cask #12782, the whisky beautifully showcases the elegance and balance for which Macallan is renowned. Layers of vanilla, soft citrus, and rich oak spice unfold across the palate, while malt sweetness and fudgy caramel develop into a long, luxurious finish. The extended maturation has created a whisky of exceptional complexity, depth, and refinement.

Presented in Douglas Laing’s premium Xtra Old Particular format, each hand-filled bottle comes housed in a fine timber presentation case alongside a glass-stopper decanter, reflecting the rarity of this outstanding release.

With only 226 bottles produced worldwide, this is a highly collectible Macallan and a superb example of long-aged single cask whisky.
