Longrow 100° Proof Batch No.2

Longrow 100° Proof Batch No. 2 is the second release in the annual series introduced in 2025, succeeding the much-loved Longrow Red range while paying tribute to the enduring popularity of Springbank's heavily peated style. Crafted at Springbank Distillery, this bold Campbeltown single malt combines Longrow's signature earthy peat smoke with the subtle elegance of red wine cask maturation, offering a distinctive contrast to the flagship Longrow Peated expression.

This limited release has been matured for almost four years in refill bourbon casks before spending over two years in refill Pinot Noir wine casks, creating a whisky with remarkable balance and complexity. Bottled at 57.1% ABV (100 Proof), and presented without chill filtration or added colouring, it delivers an authentic and full-bodied drinking experience.

The palate reveals rich coastal peat smoke layered with creamy vanilla, sweet malt, ripe red berries, gentle oak spice, and delicate wine-cask influence. The finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke, soft fruit, toasted oak, and maritime character that beautifully reflects Longrow's unmistakable Campbeltown style.
