Jura Pale Ale Cask

Part of Jura’s Cask Editions range, this distinctive single malt celebrates the connection between the island’s spirit and innovative cask finishing.

For this expression, Jura worked with specially selected craft breweries to season whisky casks by producing signature pale ales within them. After this seasoning period, the casks were returned to the distillery and used to finish Jura single malt, bringing subtle beer-inspired character to the whisky.

Matured in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in pale ale–seasoned casks, the whisky retains Jura’s signature smooth and approachable house style while introducing bright, lively flavours.

The nose opens with honeyed cereal, vanilla spice and hints of pineapple. On the palate it is bright and fruity, offering sweet citrus and a gentle tropical hop character, before finishing smooth and creamy with soft vanilla notes.
