J. Folk Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is an elegant South African red wine from Swartland in the Western Cape, combining a modern South African character with traditional winemaking methods. Fruit-forward and well balanced, it offers an approachable expression of Cabernet Sauvignon with refined structure and plenty of personality.

Cherry and ripe red fruits lead the palate, joined by darker fruit notes, subtle spice and hints of dried herbs. Matured for 11 months in French oak, the wine develops additional depth and gentle oak complexity, while refined, silky tannins carry through to a smooth and satisfying finish.

Bottled at 12% ABV, J. Folk Cabernet Sauvignon is Vegan, Mevushal and Kosher for Passover. Its combination of ripe fruit and elegant structure makes it a versatile partner for grilled steak, roast lamb, burgers, slow-cooked beef and mature cheeses.
