Isle of Raasay Na Sia Single Cask 5 Year Old is a peated Hebridean single malt matured in freshly charred and toasted virgin Chinkapin oak casks. Part of the distillery’s innovative Na Sia Single Cask Series, this expression showcases the bold influence of Quercus Muehlenbergii — a rare American white oak native to Central and Eastern North America.

The heavily toasted and charred virgin oak imparts intense flavour and colour early in the maturation process, with caramelised natural wood sugars adding richness and depth to the whisky. Combined with Raasay’s peated island spirit, the result is a powerful yet balanced dram with notes of butterscotch, dark fruit, warming spice, and sweet smoke.

Bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, and with natural colour, this release fully preserves the whisky’s texture and complexity.
