Highland Park 21 Year Old 1999 is a superb single malt from Duncan Taylor’s Octave Premium range. Distilled in 1999 at the renowned Orkney distillery, this expression was matured for 21 years, including time spent in the collection’s signature small “octave” casks, which enhance interaction between spirit and oak.
Bottled in 2021, this limited release yielded just 67 bottles. The palate reveals spicy heather honey and dried fruit, while the finish carries notes of leather and gentle smoke — a refined and characterful Highland Park with impressive depth and concentration.
