A striking independent bottling from Glenlossie, released as part of the Lady of the Glen range. Distilled on 8 October 2010, this single malt was initially matured in a bourbon hogshead before being finished for approximately six months in a first-fill ruby Port cask sourced from a family-owned bodega near Porto, Portugal.
The Port finish imparts a beautiful amber hue and adds layers of red fruit richness to Glenlossie’s naturally fresh Speyside spirit. Bottled on 10 April 2019 at cask strength, this limited release yielded just 287 bottles from Cask #8645.
A vibrant and characterful single cask expression combining bourbon sweetness with indulgent Port cask depth.
