Glengoyne 15 Year Old is a beautifully balanced Highland single malt, matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, along with a small proportion of refill casks. This careful cask selection creates a rich and rounded whisky that perfectly showcases Glengoyne’s signature fruity house style.

Produced using unpeated barley dried entirely by air, Glengoyne’s famously slow distillation and long fermentation process help develop the whisky’s elegant fruit-forward character. The result is a smooth and flavour-rich dram with impressive depth and balance.

On the palate, notes of fresh hay, rosehip, apple pie, dried fruit, desiccated coconut, and ground nutmeg unfold alongside gentle oak sweetness and warming spice.
