Glenglassaugh Evolution is a limited release Highland single malt, matured in a unique selection of first-fill ex-Tennessee whiskey casks, including barrels that previously held George Dickel. As the follow-up to Revival, it showcases the distillery’s evolving spirit and approach to cask influence.
The use of these carefully selected American whiskey barrels brings a distinctive character, enhancing the whisky with layers of oak, sweetness and depth while maintaining balance and finesse.
