Glendronach Ode to the Valley is a rich, fruity Highland single malt Scotch whisky from The Master's Anthology, matured in ruby port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley and the distillery's sherry casks, celebrating the Scottish Highlands with notes of summer berries, gingerbread, apple crumble, apricot, and sweet plum, bottled at 46.2% ABV.
Released in 2024, it offers a vibrant, dessert-like profile with floral hints, balancing sherry richness with port influence for a complex, expressive dram.

Late summer berries, chocolate de leche, apricot glaze, sweet demerara.

Blackberry, roasted apple crumble, gingerbread, sweet damson plum.
Finish:
Black cherry cake, liquorice, acacia honey (or soft tannins, dried cranberry).
