Dalton Alma Deep Red 2023

Dalton Alma Deep Red 2023 is a rich and velvety Kosher Israeli dry red wine from the Galilee, produced and estate bottled by Dalton Winery. Slightly more powerful than the classic Alma Red, this generous blend combines 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 15% Petite Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc.

Matured for 18 months in oak, the wine delivers ripe, juicy dark fruit with a smooth and full-flavoured character. Cabernet Sauvignon provides the backbone, while Merlot brings softness and the Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc add further depth and complexity. The result is a rounded, satisfying red with plenty of richness and structure.

Bottled at 14.5% ABV, Dalton Alma Deep Red 2023 is Kosher for Passover. Its rich style makes it particularly well suited to hearty stews, dishes with thick sauces and mature hard cheeses such as Gouda or Cheddar.
