Distilled in 2012 and matured for 14 years in an Oloroso sherry butt, this release is limited to just 488 bottles, making it a highly collectible expression.
Renowned for its refined coastal style, Caol Ila combines maritime freshness and gentle peat smoke with the rich influence of sherry cask maturation. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky, offering layers of dried fruits, smoky cured meats, warming spice, and classic coastal character.
