The nose opens with smoky barbecue notes, crisp bacon, coastal sea air, pear drops, fresh pastry, burnt sugar, and gentle peat. The palate is sweet, rounded, and creamy, revealing ripe mango, charred pineapple, vanilla cream, and warming oak spice. A lingering finish of white pepper, charred oak, campfire smoke, and gentle warmth completes this remarkably complex Islay single malt.
