Bimber Apogee XII 12 Year Old

Bimber Apogee XII is a carefully composed blended malt from the London-based distillery, bringing together single malts from Speyside and the Highlands, each aged for a minimum of twelve years.

Following blending, the whisky was returned to ex-bourbon casks that had previously held Bimber’s own single malt, allowing the components to integrate and gain additional depth. The result is a refined and characterful expression that highlights Bimber’s thoughtful approach to cask management and blending, while showcasing the balance and complexity of well-matured Scotch malts.
