Drawn from Cask #2843, a first-fill ex-sherry butt, this exclusive release is limited to just 598 bottles, offering whisky enthusiasts a rare opportunity to enjoy a richly sherried Tomatin at its finest.
The first-fill sherry butt imparts generous layers of dried fruits, raisins, dark chocolate, toffee, and warming baking spices, while Tomatin's naturally smooth character brings notes of honey, orchard fruits, and soft vanilla. Rich and full-bodied, the palate is beautifully balanced with polished oak and lingering sherry sweetness, leading to a long, satisfying finish.
Created in collaboration with Royal Mile Whiskies, this limited single cask release is an excellent example of Tomatin's ability to produce refined, richly flavoured Highland single malts.
