Rosebank 32-Year-Old Release 3 is a limited-edition, age-statement Lowland single malt whisky produced at the now-closed Rosebank Distillery in Falkirk, Scotland. This is the third and final release of the legacy series of Rosebank single malt. The much-loved Rosebank Distillery was closed in 1993 and almost vanished for good, only to be resurrected in 2023 by Ian Macleod Distillers. This rare bottling uses whisky produced in the final three years of Rosebank`s production prior to its 1993 closure.
Rich and complex yet elegant and balanced, this 32-Year-Old offers sweet aromas of pineapple and candied ginger mingling with lemon and marzipan with hints of white pepper and café latte. The mouthfeel is velvety with good body and hints of malt, thyme, butterscotch, tropical fruits, drying oak and softly warming spice. A soft and long finish has notes of lemon, honeyed porridge and toasted walnut.
