Bimber Apogee XII is a carefully crafted blended malt from the acclaimed London-based Bimber Distillery, combining Highland and Speyside single malts aged for a minimum of 12 years. Showcasing Bimber's innovative approach to blending and maturation, this release offers a unique balance of tradition and creativity.
After blending, the whisky was returned to ex-bourbon casks that had previously matured Bimber's own single malt, allowing the components to integrate further and develop added depth and complexity.
The result is a smooth and elegant whisky, with notes of vanilla, honey, orchard fruits, gentle oak, and warming spice. Rich yet approachable, it highlights the quality of the mature Scotch malts while benefiting from Bimber's distinctive influence.
