Created by renowned whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi, this vibrant release draws inspiration from Gulmarg, the Himalayan "meadow of flowers", resulting in a whisky that celebrates fruit, florals, and vivid flavour in abundance.

Bottled at a generous 56% ABV, Iris is designed to amplify every aspect of the whisky's character. Richly aromatic and intensely expressive, it offers a bright and colourful profile where fruit and floral notes take centre stage.

Freshly harvested red apples and juicy pears lead the way, joined by fragrant honeysuckle and layers of tropical fruit. The palate is lively and elegant, balancing sweetness and freshness with remarkable intensity, while the finish lingers with waves of fruit and floral complexity.
