Having acquired these remarkable Macallan casks more than 15 years before such releases became highly sought after, Patel selected a single sherry cask that matured for 26 years, resulting in a whisky of outstanding depth and character. Bottled at 47% ABV, this prestigious release is presented in individually numbered crystal decanters, with an outturn of just 690 bottles worldwide.

This remarkable whisky beautifully balances Macallan's signature sherried richness with an elegant thread of fine-grained Highland peat. Rather than the medicinal iodine or maritime notes typically associated with Islay, the smoke is subtle and refined, reminiscent of the gentle aroma of a distant autumn bonfire.
