An exceptional single cask selection of Glenlivet single malt scotch whisky which has been bottled at natural cask strength without chill-filtration. Hidden in the Braes of Glenlivet, lies the croft of Auchavaich. As one of the first landmarks out of the distillery, it would have been the starting point for the smugglers to begin the long journey along the route. This isolated landscape has hardly changed since George Smith, The Glenlivet founder, first started distilling his whisky all those years ago. It was bottled in March 2016 with an outturn of 588 bottles. A medley of fruity notes with lively lemon, ripe pears, and finished with golden syrup.
