This single vintage release uses refill sherry butts all filled with spirit distilled in 2004.
Aroma: Sherry influences, warming spice and sweet toffee aromas initially. Hints of dried orange peel and oak combine with Brazil nut and oily aromas.
Taste: Sweet with plenty of Seville orange flavours. Milk chocolate, raisins and cinnamon with underlying oak and roasted nuts.
Finish: Sweet and buttery with lingering spice and oak tones.
