A limited independent bottling of Ardmore single malt, released by Càrn Mòr as part of its Strictly Limited series.
Distilled in 2009 and matured for 13 years, this Highland whisky was aged in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry hogshead, which imparts rich layers of sweetness and nutty spice to Ardmore’s subtly smoky spirit.
Bottled in 2023, the PX cask influence brings depth and warmth, balancing the distillery’s gentle peat character with notes of sweet dried fruits, nutty spice and sherried richness.
Just 1,774 bottles were produced for this limited release.
