We’re pleased to offer international delivery to a number of countries across Europe and EU member states. However, alcohol import regulations - particularly within the EU - vary significantly by destination and are subject to change without notice. Please review the information below before placing your order.

- All taxes, import duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or clearance.
- Alcohol import regulations are determined by local authorities, vary by country and may change without notice.
- We are unable to provide specific guidance on import limits, duties, or taxes. Customers should consult their local customs authority before placing an order.
- All orders must comply with the import laws of the destination country.
- Orders are exported from the UK in accordance with UK law, but local acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
- All international shipments are placed at the buyer’s risk. We are not liable for delays, returns, or rejections caused by customs.
- Where a parcel shipped outside of the UK is returned to Regal Whisky due to failed delivery attempts or the customer having not completed customs clearance, the delivery and return costs will be deducted from the refund, once the return has been received.
