For standard UK shipping please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. However, we are able to arrange next day delivery for an additional fee. For delivery times and costs please see the Shipping Charges table.
All deliveries are made through courier DPD and all bottles are shipped in specially designed packages that cushion each bottle to protect them from damage during shipping. The courier company will require a signature on delivery and all packages containing alcohol will require an adult over 18 to sign for the package. Please ensure that an adult is available to receive the package as the courier company will only make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
Any packages returned to us due to failure to obtain an adult signature will be subject to an additional charge for re-shipment. We take great care in checking any product we purchase and ensure that each bottle is pristine and unspoilt prior to shipping. If, however, a bottle should arrive in an imperfect condition, leaking or otherwise damaged we will offer a full refund including the shipping costs. All damaged goods must be returned within 30 days. Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
If your delivery address is outside the UK please be aware that you may be liable and responsible for customs duties and charges in your country.

We endeavour to ensure that all products Regal Whisky supplies to our customers are of the highest standard and arrive in perfect condition. But we are aware that occasionally things can occur which are beyond our direct control. However we want you to feel secure when ordering through us and completely satisfied with your order.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of your order with no penalty, providing the items in your order are not perishable, personalised, or have been specified as non-returnable at the time of ordering.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order upon receipt, we will offer a full refund or exchange, as long as you inform us of your intent to return the products within 14 days of the date of your order being delivered to you. All products that are returned must be in good condition and in their original packaging. All refunds will be paid by Regal Whisky within 14 days of us receiving the returned products. We will only reimburse return delivery costs if an incorrect item was originally sent or in the case of a damaged or defective product being received by the customer.
Please be aware that some of our speciality items, such as antique and/or discontinued products, may not necessarily be in perfect condition. Any images published on The Regal Whisky website are intended for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product itself. Batch numbers, vintages, and bottling dates may be subject to change. In these cases, we will do our best to inform you of any such changes prior to the products being shipped to you.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product you have up to 30 days to return the item to us. This 30 day period begins from the date of ordering. In the first instance please contact us (using the contact details on our website), providing us with details of the fault or damage, including pictures if possible, and we will work with you to ensure that the matter is dealt with to your satisfaction.
What age must I be to use this website?
As per UK law, alcohol may only be sold to individuals over 18 years of age. You will need to confirm your age at checkout.
In addition the delivery courier will request a signature before releasing the shipment, and will require a signature from an individual over 18 years old before releasing a shipment containing alcoholic products.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Delta, as well as PayPal and Direct Debit. As of this time we do not accept AMEX cards.
How will you ship my purchase?
All of our orders are delivered through DPD, so you can be assured that delivery of your order is in professional hands. All shipping methods are trackable through the DPD website.
Before shipping we take care that your purchase is in perfect condition and packed in the required protective casing.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown above. Purchases containing more than a single item incur an additional surcharge. The exact amount of the surcharge will be shown to you before you checkout.

What is your 14 day money back guarantee?
We want to be completely sure that you are happy with your purchase. To that end, you can cancel any purchase you’ve made within 14 days for a full refund. If the product has already been delivered to you, simply inform us within 14 days of delivery that you plan on returning it.
Who pays for return shipping?
In the rare case that the product you receive is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund of the purchase and any shipping costs, including return shipping when applicable. To arrange, simply email us at SALES@REGALWHISKY.COM.
We welcome returns of undamaged products within 14 days, but we do not cover the return shipping.
Are purchases insured?
All purchases up to £500 in value are insured against damage during shipment. If your purchase value is higher than £500, we advise arranging additional insurance.
