Waterford Hook Head 1.1 is the first release from the 2015 Hook Head farm harvest,with barley grown in extreme maritime conditions creating a unique profile. The whisky has been aged for over 3 years and 8 months in multiple cask types including first-fill, virgin US & French oak.
