Time in traditional oak casks and Amontillado Sherry Butts has brought rich flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits, espresso and a hint of nut.
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. Distilled in 2006, moved to Amontillado Sherry Butts in 2015, finished for 3 years.
