The Lakes Whiskymaker's Edition - Colheita

DESCRIPTION

It is matured predominately in casks that previously contained Colheita Port wine to produce a unique expression of the Lakes Single Malt. Colheita (pronounced Col-yate-a) which means ‘harvest’, referring to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage Tawny Port.

This results in a whisky that is extremely complex, robust and yet fruit-led and well-balanced with a long ,lingering finish.

Bottled at 52%, natural colour, non-chill filtered.

Limited with less than 6000 bottles available.
