DESCRIPTION

This Octomore spirit spent its first five years maturing in first fill ex-American oak casks. For its final five years, it would be re-casked into wine barriques, hailing from a bodega in northern Spain.  This Ribera del Duero wine is known for its intense flavour and complexity, owing to its altitude (~900m), exposure to wind and organic production methods.
