From a distillery on the grounds of an ancient abbey this blending machine produces a liquid that is elegant and textured with rich spicy notes.  Matured for 12 years in Oloroso Sherry Butts it evokes memories of festivities with classic Christmas cake,  dried fruits, muscovado sugar and mixed spice.
