This 26-Year-Old single malt is accompanied by a leather-bound book which showcases  photographic work from the 26 years of Søren’s career - Featuring 160 pages.  Created from a combination of first-fill American oak sherry seasoned casks,  first fill bourbon casks and refill casks, it delivers intriguing notes of cloves, cardamom and raisins, overlaid with signature light heathery peat smoke.
