Crystallised orange melds with dark fruitcake,hazelnut and raisin, topped with marzipan and ginger.
Taste:
Fruitcake filled with toasted raisin, orange peel and almond develops into lingering gingerbread and ground nutmeg.
Matured in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry puncheon for a decade before being bottled in 2020.
