DESCRIPTION

Nose: Full of fruit, warm plum crumble, figs, sultanas, a hint of beeswax, backed by some warm toasted oak. 
Palate: The oak is slightly louder on the nose yet well rounded with plenty of dried fruits again. Malty with sweet tobacco and cinder toffee. A lovely sherry finesse. 
Finish: Long and rich, gingery spice and some honey mustard in the background. Touches of unami that fade to a sweet nuttiness.
