The nose gives soft fresh fruity notes mingled with grassy, toasty and earthy nuances.  Honey and melon also come to mind. The palate is broad and fattens revealing toasted oak, liquorice, blackcurrant and fizzing citrus.  A smooth and citrussy finish rounds off the experience.
