Bottled from a single cask, cask number 4392. This bottling was disgorged from cask 4392 and finished in an Oloroso Octave. 
Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2022. 
Non-chill filtered and natural colour. 

Tasting Notes – Aromas of baked apples, Christmas cake and cinnamon. Ginger sponge and almond pastries on the palate with warming spiced dried fruit to finish.
