Nose: Sweet toffee, icing sugar, small gentle oak and herbal mintiness on the back. 
Palate: Cinnamon oats with chunks of white chocolate, with a pinch of spicy red wine. 
Finish: A pinch of aniseed, wrapping into a long-lasting dram.
