Allt-A-Bhainne 23 Year Old - The Octave

DESCRIPTION

Colour: Old sauternes. 
Nose: Red and green apples, gooseberries. Barley flour pancakes with maple syrup. 
Palate: Sweet but firm. Caramel fudge, marzipan. Hints of citrus. Barley notes are sweeter and rounder. 
Finish: Gets slightly drier with twists of white pepper. Citrus notes more pronounced.
